How do I place an order?

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order at the check out through the payment portal or you are welcome to make an EFT payment, Cash Payments are only done on stock items and not printed / personalised products.

How long will it take to get my order?

We strive to get all orders out as soon as possible.

During Rush seasons orders may take longer than normal. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. Should there be a rush order you can send us a whatsapp with your order and there will be a rush fee added to the price.

Normal orders takes around 3-7 working days to manufacture and delivery 1-3 working days.

Large orders takes 7-10 working days to manufacture and delivery 1-3 working days.

Larger orders can take up to 10-24 working days depending on the quantities and delivery 1-3 working days.

Can I collect my order?

Yes. There is an option at checkout for collection. Please note that collections must be arranged via WhatsApp or email before the order is placed. Should this not be done, we will try to contact the customer. Should contact not be successful the order will be canceled.

Can I send my own courier to collect my order?

Yes. You can arrange for your own courier to collect your order. Once order is placed, you can email or WhatsApp us with the courier name, PDF waybill and we will print and prepare your order once ready. We will notify you once your order is ready for collection.

Do you keep stock?

We don’t usually have items in stock. We make on order, however you can contact us to check should we have items in stock and we will check and let you know.

I need my order urgently, can you assist?

Depending on what is required, we can assist with urgent orders. We do require rush fees on urgent orders. Fees are dependent on the order and the quantities required.

Do you offer discount on large orders?

Yes we do offer discount on certain items and quantities. Should you wish to place an order for large quantities, please email or WhatsApp us your order.

Can I personalize one of the standard items?

Yes, should you wish to add a name or image to one of our items, you can send us an email or WhatsApp message with your requirement and we will gladly assist.

Do you sell blank products?

Unfortunately we do not provide blank gifting products. We are a printing company and will provide a full service of required orders.
